Promotional Terms & Conditions

The following are the standard terms and conditions ("Terms") governing promotional offers ("Offer") on Builder.ai, which may necessitate the redemption of a promo code ("Promo Code"). These Terms are applicable to all such offers, in conjunction with any specified Offer Requirements that outline further eligibility or performance criteria.

This Offer is time-limited. Builder.ai retains the authority to modify or cancel this Offer at any point. If you obtained the Promo Code from a third-party, that entity also retains the right to amend or annul the Offer at any point.

This Offer exclusively applies to products and services sold by Builder.ai. Each customer and account is entitled to avail this Offer only once. The Offer cannot be merged with other ongoing offers.

Each Promo Code is applicable only to qualifying products or services and can be used once per single order. If the Offer stipulates a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, and other additional charges are not factored into this minimum purchase value.

The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be cashed. The Offer remains valid until stocks last, and is subject to the availability of the Promo Code.

Violation of the Offer Requirements, including failure to perform or meet certain requirements, may result in the Offer being deemed invalid and cancelled at the sole discretion of Builder.ai. Similarly, non-compliance with the Terms or any components thereof will render the Offer invalid, revocable at our sole discretion.

If there are payment lapses, delays exceeding 60 days, or if a project or Buildcard does not start within 60 days due to customer delays, we reserve the right to revoke the Promo Code. We also reserve this right if a project is put on "Pause" for more than 60 days due to customer issues. If Builder.ai is defamed, including the posting of negative reviews, the Promo Code may also be removed.

In cases where the Offer or Promo Code is invalidated, removed, or revoked, the original and/or non-discounted pricing will be reinstated immediately.

"Offer Requirements" refer to these terms and conditions, as well as any other stipulations associated with the Promo Code during checkout or purchase, which may include obligations, eligibility, and performance requirements imposed on the customer.
