Meet Manpreet Ratia, our new CEO

Today's a big day for us at Builder.ai. We're excited to introduce you to our new CEO, Manpreet Ratia. He's got incredible experience under his belt, having worked with big names like Amazon, Flipkart, and Citi. This strategic move aims to drive our next phase of growth, focusing on both innovation and operational excellence. 

Sachin Dev Duggal will continue to serve on the board as Founder & Chief Wizard, assisting with the company's vision, key customers and future innovations. We’d like to thank him for his passion, vision and leadership over the years. Sachin says, "After eight years of growth, bringing in fresh perspective, energy and operational excellence is crucial for our next phase. Manpreet's background expertise will help us achieve the perfect balance between innovation and operational efficiency."

He comes to us with over 2 decades of experience in ecommerce and financial services across the US and Asia, bringing deep and proven expertise in scaling high-growth, technology-driven businesses. He’s passionate about building world-class teams, businesses and technology that shape the future.

A leader at Flipkart – he built and scaled their core ecommerce operations, driving execution at an unprecedented scale in India’s fastest-growing digital economy. At Amazon, he led high-impact teams, focusing on operational excellence and customer experience in one of the world’s most sophisticated supply chains. While Citibank provided a rich experience of scaling global markets and understanding enterprise behaviour when it comes to innovation — both incredibly powerful for Builder.ai.
