The admin panel is where all the behind-the-scenes magic happens, and we've given it a major update. We've completely overhauled the design to create an intuitive interface to help you run your restaurant smoothly.

From creating your menu to managing orders, every aspect has been streamlined to enhance your restaurant's operational efficiency.

2 - Branding

This update is designed to give you full control over your restaurant's branding. You can personalise the look and feel of your website and app and make sure it reflects your restaurant identity.

You can now easily add branding elements directly through the admin panel. This includes uploading your logo, choosing your colour palette and uploading separate banners for mobile and web.

Banner maker

No pre-designed banners? No problem. Upload an image, add text and create your own banner.

The banner maker feature simplifies the whole banner creation process, saving you hours of creating and editing banners. You can also select the colour of text, alignment and size.

Themes and fonts

You can now choose from 10 fonts to ensure your website's header and body text matches your brand’s personality.

Adding new items to your menu is a breeze. That’s because you can pull them directly from our extensive library, which includes thousands of pre-defined menu dishes across multiple cuisines. Each of these items come with high-quality images and detailed descriptions.

4 - Food labels

Now you can assign dietary, allergen and spice labels to your dishes to help customers make informed decisions about their meal choices:

Dietary labels include Vegetarian, Non-vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Halal and Kosher

Allergen labels include Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Celery, Fish, Crustaceans, Lupin, Mollusc, Mustard, Sesame seeds and Sulphur Dioxide

Spice labels include Mild, Spicy and Extra Hot

5 - Restaurant availability

Now you can switch off online ordering during out-of-hours. Your customers can still browse your restaurant’s menu but not order. And when you're ready to receive orders, you can simply switch on online ordering.

6 - Delivery fee

Now you can define different delivery rates based on the distance from your restaurant. For instance, in the image above, it’s:

$2 for distances between 0.1 and 3km
$5 for distances between 3.1 and 5km
$10 for distances between 5.1 and 10km

You can also offer free delivery for more expensive orders. In the image above, ‌free delivery is set for orders above $100.

7 - Order notifications

We're introducing a new order notification system, which is designed to keep you notified for every new order and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

From now on, you'll be greeted with real-time notifications displayed prominently on your Admin panel, guaranteeing that you're always up-to-date. (The number in the top-left of the screen indicates the number of new orders you need to review.)

8 - Guest checkout

Lastly, by removing the mandatory account creation step during checkout, we've significantly simplified the ordering process. This enables your customers to swiftly complete their transactions through our streamlined Guest Checkout option.
